Current Project
Providing of standardized sample material with Bacillus anthracis, Burkholderia mallei and Brucella sp. for the detection by Raman-Spectroscopy as well as for reference ananlysis using microbiological and molecular standard diagnostic assays
Participation on the validation of the Raman-based spectroscopical diagnostic technique by providing of standardized spiked samples of milk, feed and soil with Bacillus anthracis-spores, Burkholderia mallei and Brucella spp. In comparison with the Raman-based diagnostic tool, a broad range of routinely used microbiological and molecular methods will be performed in parallel. As a result speed, specificity and sensitivity of all methods should be evaluated.
